HOW TO VEW THE DOCUMENTS

To download

Click the relevant "+" icon to view the list of resources.

1. Right click on the link for the fact sheet or information kit you want to download, and select SAVE TARGET AS.
2. the SAVE AS dialog box will open.
3. save the file to the location you desire.
4. when you open a MS Word document from the saved location, a password dialog box will open. Click the READ ONLY button to open.

To open in new window

1. click on the information kit or fact sheet you want to view,
2. if a password dialog box comes up, click on the READ ONLY button. These documents are available in either MS Word or PDF formats.

If you are out of time

If you are out of time for the Australian Industrial Relations Commission you can apply for your application to be heard by filling in the part of the form R27 that asks if you are out of time.

If you are applying to the West Australian Industrial Relations Commission and you are over the time limit (either 28 days for unfair dismissal or 6 years for DCB) then use this form below. Your out of time application must first be accepted by the Commission in order for your unfair dismissal and/or DCB claim to be heard.
