The Employment Law Centre of WA (Inc) (ELCWA) is a community legal centre specialising in employment law. We are a team of passionate individuals providing free, confidential legal advice and referrals to vulnerable employees in Western Australia in relation to their employment, including the following issues:
- unfair dismissal;
- unlawful termination;
- underpayment of entitlements;
- breach of contract;
- equal opportunity; and
- occupational safety and health.
We are committed to empowering employees and community organisations through the provision of tailored community legal education. We also contribute to law reform.
